Laughing can improve your physical and mental well-being. A good laugh can help the stressed-out individual feel better about themselves, and even improve productivity. It may also be a good idea to share a good belly laugh with a loved one.
A good laugh can be hard to come by, but you can always find ways to get your d dose of fun by reading a funny book, enjoying a humorous podcast, or taking a quick trip to a comedy club.
6- Talk to a mental health professional
